Digital Course Delivery

The majority of products sold on testtagcourses.com.au are online training courses and digital course materials. These are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access details via email to the student portal, typically within one (1) business hour during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST).

No physical shipping applies to digital course purchases.

Physical Products

Where Succeed Training offers physical products (such as course materials, kits, or equipment), the following shipping terms apply.

Express Post requests within this range will incur charges as per the table above.

For bespoke or specialised courier arrangements, costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have specific delivery requirements.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1:00 pm AEST on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

All physical orders are dispatched from New South Wales via Australia Post or a trusted courier service.

Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional time beyond the estimates above.

Express Delivery

Express Post is available at checkout for an additional cost as outlined in the Shipping Costs table above. Selecting Express Post does not guarantee overnight delivery to all locations, particularly rural and remote areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Succeed Training Pty Ltd accepts no liability for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided. If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery fees will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
