Course Cancellation or Provider Default
If Succeed Training cancels a course or is unable to deliver a course as agreed, enrolled students will be offered one of the following:
- A full refund of all fees paid for services not yet delivered, or
- A transfer to an alternative course date at no additional cost.
If a course is postponed by more than four (4) weeks from the originally scheduled start date, students may request a full refund.
Student Withdrawal or Cancellation Prior to Course Commencement
Students who wish to withdraw or cancel their enrolment before a course begins must notify us in writing at service@testtagcourses.com.au. Refund entitlements are as follows:
- Full refund if written notification is received at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled course start date.
- 50% refund if written notification is received within five (5) business days of the scheduled course start date.
Online Courses
If you cancel your booking for an online course and have not logged into the student portal or accessed any course materials, a full refund will be provided.
Once you have accessed any course materials, no refund will be issued. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law provisions relating to digital products and services that have been accessed or consumed.
Course Transfers
Students may request to transfer their enrolment to a later course date, subject to the following conditions:
- Transfers requested at least five (5) business days before the scheduled course start date will be approved without loss of fees.
- Transfers requested within five (5) business days of the scheduled start date will be treated as a withdrawal, and 50% of the course fee will be forfeited.
- Any remaining fees after the applicable deduction will be applied to the next available course date.
- Students are permitted one (1) transfer per enrolment only.
Administration Fee
An administration fee of $50 (inc. GST) applies to all withdrawals, cancellations, and transfer requests, where applicable and as outlined at the time of enrolment.
No Refund After Course Commencement
Once a course has commenced, no refund will be issued for student withdrawals, regardless of the level of participation or completion. Exceptional circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Test Tag Courses. An exception also applies where Succeed Training is unable to continue delivery of the course as agreed, in which case a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of fees will be offered.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of written confirmation of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any applicable Australian consumer protection legislation. If a course fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law regardless of the timeframes set out above.
